This article is all about giving context to both freelancers and clients about what notifications both will receive in regards to the project.

Freelancers πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’»

Freelancers will receive notifications -

  1. Inquiry Stage

    • When the client fills out the inquiry form

    • When you approve the inquiry

  2. Kickoff Meeting Stage

    • When the meeting is scheduled

    • When the kickoff meeting is finished

    • When the client declines the meeting

  3. Contract Stage

    • When the client requests revision in the contract

    • When the contract is signed by the client

  4. Project Launched Stage

    • When the project is launched

    • When the status of deliverable changes

    • When the client gives feedback on any deliverable

    • When the client marks the project as finish


Clients πŸ‘¬

Clients will receive notifications -

  1. Inquiry Stage

    • When you fill out the inquiry form

    • When you are invited to Yess

    • When the freelancer approves your inquiry

  2. Kickoff Meeting Stage

    • When the meeting is scheduled

    • When the meeting is canceled

    • When the freelancer makes changes to the meeting

  3. Contract Stage

    • When you receive the proposal or contract

    • When your requested revisions are done

    • When you sign the contract

  4. Project Launch Stage

    • When the project is launched

    • When the freelancer submits any deliverable or deliverable version

    • When the status of the deliverable is changed by the freelancer

    • When your feedback on the deliverable is done

    • When your invoice is generated

    • When your invoice status changes

Note that both will recieve notifications on Yess dashboard as well as via email
