The below images are of Talent Pool but the Clients will have similar looking interface

Go to <code> Talent Pool </code> or <code> Clients </code> section and click on any record. 

Click on <code> Edit </code> which appears when you hover over the profile icon.

Select any image you wish and it will load and save automatically.
