Let's see how to change or customize the field type -
The below images are of Talent Pool but the Clients will have similar looking interface
Go to
Talent PoolorClientsand click on any record to expand.
Hover over any field and you will see a small down arrow. Click on it and select
Customize Field Type.
Select your preferred field type and click
Update.
You will see the change! 🥳
Please note - When you change the field type, the existing value will be removed
