The invoices get generated automatically based on the contract information. But still, if you wish to create a new invoice or update the existing one, you can do it on the Yess.

Let's try to create and update the invoice at the project launch stage.

The screenshots are from Freelancer / Agency dashboard but the process & location is same for partners & clients

Updating Invoice โœ๏ธ

  • Click on the Contract & Payment tab. You will see a beautiful dashboard.

  • Click on any invoice to update them.

    Note - You can only update invoice which is not sent. If you wish to edit the sent invoice, kindly cancel the invoice and create new one

    Following marked fields can be edited -


Creating Invoice โœš

Creating an invoice is the same as creating a new row in a spreadsheet.

Click on + Add Invoice and a new page with an invoice template will be created. Fill out the details and it is good to go.
