You made it to the project stages! Hurraaaayyyy! πŸŽ‰

Yess is the #1 productivity suite for freelancers and clients. This means we have also considered how both will collaboratively work on any project!

To invite clients, you need to create a project first or you should have an ongoing project on Yess!

Client or freelancer can also invite their partners using the same method

Let's learn about inviting clients or customers to Yess! 😊

Inviting Clients or Freelancers πŸ’«

There are certain ways through which you can invite your clients or customers to Yess.

  1. Project Creation Stage

Want to know how to create a project? - Check this article.

    • To invite the client to the project creation stage, click on Projects β†’ Create Project Button

    • Select the project status (stage) β†’ Enter the information (the email ID of the client is important!) β†’ Click Create

This will automatically invite your client to that project on Yess! πŸŽ‰

  2. Inquiry Stage / Kick-off Meeting Stage / Contract Stage

In the first stage of a project i.e. Inquiry Stage, if you have received an inquiry about a project, your client will automatically be invited to Yess.

But if your client requests to add someone from his side then πŸ‘‡

    • Click on Invite button present on the top OR from the drop-down

    • Enter the email ID of the client β†’ Choose Client β†’ Click Invite

    • To invite freelancers, click on Partner rather than client

  3. Inviting Only For Meeting

Do you just want to invite the client's partner or want to client's another email ID for just the kickoff meeting invite?

Follow the below same process to invite other freelancer (Partner) - Instead of clicking on client attendee, just click Partner Attendee

We have probably covered every way through which you can invite your client. Collaborate & create! πŸŽ‰
