Learn how to finish your project on Yess

Completed your project? Let's dance! 🎉

Let's see how you can officially finish the project on Yess.

  1. Click on the small down arrow on the top beside the project name → Click on Finish Project

  2. Alternatively, you can go to Settings tab and scroll a little and click on Finish Project

  3. you will see a pop-up showing your deliverables in To-Do , In Progress , or In Review . You will also see a list of unpaid invoices while finishing the project.

    If you are sure then click Finish Project . This will notify your counterpart (client if you are a freelancer or vice versa) and then your client will also need to confirm the project completion. 

    If your counterpart (opposite user) do not take any action, then the project will be marked as finished from your end

  4. You will see this below screen with a message.

  5. Your counterpart (Client or freelancer) will see this below screen with a message.

  6. Your counterpart (Client or freelancer) will need to confirm the details and click Finish Project and if they wish to decline the request, they can do so by clicking on Decline Project

  7. If they decline, you will receive a message Finish request declined

  8. If they approve, you will receive a message Finished

Your project will not be visible on the left panel anymore. But if you want to see the project then click on Project on the left panel and there you will find your project with status Finished .

You can filter the project based on their status
