Meeting is an important step while initiating a project. This gives a clear understanding of the project to the freelancer and the client gets a chance to explain their perspective on the project.
To join the meeting, freelancer or agency needs to edit the meeting with a conference link.

When the project arrives at the kickoff meeting stage -
The freelancer's or agency's calendar is blocked for the selected meeting period along with access to collaborative meeting notes.
The client gets an invite to a meeting with the link to meeting notes to collaborate.
The meeting date and time are the same which the client selected during the inquiry stage or which the freelancer selected while creating a project.
You will receive notifications for general happenings like -
Meeting rescheduled
Meeting Canceled
Meeting Declined
